Sinful Sirens Giveaway Hop – May 15 to 20 #giveaway #AlienNextDoor

Hello and welcome to the Sinful Sirens Giveaway Hop! First of all, I want to thank Guilty Pleasures Book Reviews and Under the Covers Book Blog for organizing this hop.

Now, time for HOT SUMMER READS!

I like to write about sexy aliens, and in my latest release, ALIEN ADORATION,
the alien in the story is a leather-wearing, Harley-riding bad boy.

Here’s an excerpt:

Alien Adoration by Jessica E. Subject“Can I kiss you?”

[Rachel] gazed up at him, caught off guard by his question. “What?”

He smiled and ran his hand up and down her arm. “Can I kiss you? I don’t think I can make it through dinner if I don’t.”

His dark green eyes, a shade away from black, captivated her. They were so intense and full of passion. All for the woman she’d transformed into to spend the night with him. She turned away. She couldn’t do it. God, she wanted to feel his lips on hers, to experience the thrill of the man of her fantasies making love to her, but it could never happen. Not like this. “Luke, this isn’t me. The dress, hair style, and even the lack of hair south of the border is not who I am. I can’t be one of those women who leave you in the middle of the night.”

Would he back off, end their date before she had the chance to blink?

No, he stepped closer, backing her into the counter, his groin pressing against her belly. He cupped the sides of her face and stared into her eyes, his gaze more focused than ever. “I told you, I don’t want those women. While I’m flattered you went through all that trouble for me, I’d still want to kiss you if you hadn’t. I’ve wanted you since I moved in.”

His lips grazed hers, and she closed her eyes, forgetting all of her reasons to stop him.
“I’ve just been too afraid.”

Afraid? She didn’t have time to comprehend his whispered words. He kissed down her neck and along her jaw line. Then he claimed her mouth. Gripping the edge of his shirt, she lost herself in the thrill. Finally, she was locking lips with Luke Jones.

He lined her lips with his tongue, and she opened to him, allowing his sweet invasion. He ran his hands down her arms then grabbed her hips, lifting her onto the counter. Desire flooded her every thought. She couldn’t stop him even if she wanted.

Spreading her legs open, she allowed him to move between them. His hard shaft teased her core, every nerve in her body lighting up in response. She moaned. Yes.

His hand slid past the top of her dress, cupping a breast. Just like in her fantasies. She threw her head back as he sucked on her pebbled tip. His tongue swirled and he ground against her. Wetness pooled between her thighs. For the first time ever, she would come before dinner.

Until she learns the truth…

Life on Earth has never been easy for Luke. Returning to Hanton, Luke longs for Rachel. Yet, nothing goes as he plans, and Rachel barely notices him. Convincing her he isn’t like all the jerks she’s dated means telling her the truth, but can she handle it?

Can she overcome her fears, or will she deny her alien adoration and leave him stranded once more?

  1. I actually don’t care that much about the color but I really like almond shaped eyes 🙂
    Thanks for the giveaway!

  2. I don’t really care about eye color but I am slightly partial to deep blue.

  3. I never thought about it much…guess it depends on the person’s coloring. I do like long eyelashes on a guy, though…

  4. Hazel, but I love all eye colors. You can tell a lot about a person based on their eyes.

  5. Blue eyes!

Thank you so much for the post and for offering the giveaway. Amazon is my favorite website, so I’d love the chance to win a gift card for books. Fingers crossed! 🙂

    Best Wishes,
    Lindsey V.

  6. Green followed closely by Blue. But to be realistic its not the eye color that matters. Its how they make you feel!!

  7. Ithink gray, green or blue are amazing eye colors. I’m usually surrounded by people who have brown eyes.

  8. My fiancees eye color! 🙂 They are brown but sometimes they darken, and sometimes they get so light like caramel.

  9. I think I like all eye colors. I like how some eye colors can run in a family and you can look from one person to another and see the exact same eyes in some ways. In our family, my dads side all seem to have the same shade of light blue that go from blue to grey with different shades inbetween. It’s a “Sullivan” trait that you can really see when the family has get togethers (which are really rare and seem to only be at funerals every 10 years or more, but still…). My daughter, who is 20, has those eyes. On the other hand, my moms side has dark brown. My moms are so dark they are almost black. I have the brown eyes but mine are much lighter, however distinctly brown and resemble my mothers.
Lol, all of that was to establish that eyes fascinate me more because of the story they can tell by the color rather than the color itself. Eyes are just so interesting in general.
I really need more coffee before I start rambling online 😛 Have a great day everyone!

  10. The eyes are the gateway to the soul…. no matter what color they are…. but the clearer the better…. piercing green eyes are awesome though!

  11. Any color that is not my own (i.e., crappy brown). I think my big brown eyes are one of my most notable features, but that’s probably why I hate them. I think people with blue, green, hazel, etc., are much more beautiful. Especially when their eyes change colors depending on the light. *Sighs* So jealous.

Thanks so much for the giveaway 😀

  12. I don’t have a favorite. I go for the overall picture. The color has go well with the other characteristics and the effective has to to be stunning, deep and/or piercing.

  13. I love hazel eyes on a man because they change color with whatever shirt he is wearing.

Thanks for being part of the hop and for the chance to win.

  14. I don’t really have a specific color that I like in people. It all depends in how they look. Not all colors make people look good. But if I HAD to pick a color I’ll pick honey gold.

  15. I have always loved blue eyes and now I am married to a man with blue eyes and have 3 blue eyed children. I have the only greenish hazel eyes in my family
